PCC Meeting
The next PCC meeting will be on June 3rd, 7:45pm at St Luke's.

Plant Sale
The fine weather has finally arrived and we can start to think about our gardens again! On the 18th of May we are holding the annual plant sale at St Luke's where you can stock up on plants for the summer. There will also be refreshments, cake stall, raffle etc.
Organist
From next month we will be without a regular organist for the 11am services at the Parish Church. If you know anybody who might be interested in playing the organ, either regularly or occaisionally please get intouch.

Upcoming Social Events
We have lots of fun events happening over the next few months. Look out for the legendary plant sale (18th May) and cream teas on the 7th July. Also, a new event for us, we are hoping to organise a family beetle drive. More details of all these events on the website soon.

Palm Sunday Procession
Carnival 2013
Preparations for the church's carnival float are well underway. We have opted for a 'day out at the seaside' theme for our lorry. We need lots of volunteers (of all ages) to go on the float on Carnival day, and also people to join working parties beforehand.
We will be no doubt be putting out the usual pleas for materials, paints etc in due course but in the meantime if anybody has any 50s/60s vintage seaside props they would be willing to lend us please get in touch with Sharon or Jeannette.

The is a new midweek service, every Thursday at 11:45, at St Luke's.
Cafe Mornings @ St Luke's
Don't forget - St Luke's is open for coffee every Thursday morning from 9am until 11am. All are welcome. There are toys for pre schoolers.
